The 160,740 square foot retail shopping center is under new management. TCII Property Management, Inc. has been assigned the exclusive management contract after the property traded hands this month. The center is approximately 85% occupied. This is the 5th center the company has under management in the Orlando MSA totaling roughly 500,000 square feet. National tenants at the center include Office Depot, Ollie’s Bargain Outlet, Olive Garden, Citi Financial, and Humana Healthcare.
