Trade Consulting International, Inc. (TCII) was established in 1994, in Miami, Florida, and had its beginning in Management Consulting and International Trade Finance. Subsequently, in 2002 we established TCII Property Management, Inc. which has grown to oversee the management and leasing of over 1,600,000 square-feet of commercial retail shopping centers and various other commercial assets, consisting of over 220 tenants ranging from National Brands to Local Tenants.

Our platform has also grown to be a reliable plug and play backend Family Office for high-net worth family offices looking to grow their portfolio without the backend staffing needs.
This represents a portfolio with a combined market value of over Three Hundred Million Dollars ($300,000,000). TCII continues to increase its portfolio through various means including acquisitions, ground up development, repositioning of assets, as well as third party consulting and management.
