TCII purchased the CVS in Trenton, NJ with 3 years left on the Lease term for $5,100,00. Prior to closing on the asset TCII secured a 15 year extension with CVS and closed on the property with the new term. TCII then sold the property for $6,100,000 6 months later and completed a 1031 into two new shopping centers.

TCII purchased the former Copytronics building in March of 2018 vacant. In July 2018 TCII received a conditional use approval from the city of Winter Park to convert the former office building into a 14,000 SF Kiddie Academy Childcare Facility. The facility included a new covered play area and new turfed playground in both the front and rear of the property.
TCII sold the property in December 2019 at a 6% cap rate for $7,000,000.
Kiddie Academy was founded over 40 years ago in Baltimore, MD and has grown to over 250 locations nationwide. Their motto is “Community Begins Here”, and the company has a strong focus on their Life Essentials curriculum.
