TCII is excited to announce the sale of two Kiddie Academy daycares in Central Florida. Both sites were purchased by the same buyer. The first is Kiddie Academy of Conway, a 10,400 SF daycare located along busy Conway Road in Orlando, FL. The second is Kiddie Academy of Clermont, an 8,400 SF daycare, located at the intersection of Hwy 50 and US Hwy 27.
The transaction took place even through the craziness of the COVID-19 pandemic. The tenant at both locations has remained open and paying rent throughout this crisis and continues to serve the community.
TCII has owned and developed 6 Kiddie Academy locations in Central Florida and is actively pursuing new opportunities.
