Mr. Lunney has been a member of TCII Property Management since 2003. Mr. Lunney oversees the accounting department associated with TCII’s commercial real estate portfolio.
As head of TCII Property Management’s accounting team, Mr. Lunney is responsible for all banking, financial reporting, ensuring accuracy of all ledger accounts, portfolios, and balance sheets, managing reconciliations, maintaining records of company assets, managing taxes, investor distributions, payroll and general monthly expenses.
Prior to joining TCII, Mr. Lunney worked as a property accountant at America’s Capital Partners in Miami, FL after relocating to South Florida from New York City in 2001.
