Spencer Enslein has been the CEO of Trade Consulting International Inc. dba TCII Property Management, Inc. (“TCII”) since 2002. Prior to this role, Mr. Enslein was a New York Stock Exchange Branch Manager and was in the stock brokerage business for 25 years.
Mr. Enslein is the driving force behind TCII’s shift into Commercial Property Management. Under Mr. Enslein’ leadership, TCII has expanded the size of its management portfolio. TCII currently manages around two million square feet of space, over two hundred and eighty tenants (280) with a combined current market value of over $200 million dollars.
Mr. Enslein is responsible for the overall direction and growth of TCII with its clients giving the company the authority to negotiate and administer leases, tenant improvements and property renovations.
In 2014 Mr. Enslein founded and is the Qualifying Broker for TCII Capital Group LLC a Florida licensed Real Estate Brokerage allowing TCII to integrate Brokerage and Leasing with our Property Management offering.
Mr. Enslein holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Leeds College of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder, is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida, is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and is a member of the International Counsel of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
