TCII Property Management, Inc. was awarded a new management contract to manage a 37,374 SF office building, located at 9600 W. Sample Road, Coral Springs, FL 33065. The property sold for $5,800,000 to Eden Sample LLC led by David Harari. TCII currently manages two other large office projects in South Florida, one in Pembroke Pines and another in West Palm Beach.
