TCII recently completed the sale of a new 15 year Absolute NNN CVS in Trenton, New Jersey. The property located at 1100 Liberty Street, Trenton, New Jersey was sold at a 5.5% cap. The property was acquired in June 2019 with 2 years left on the Lease. TCII successfully negotiated a new long term Lease with CVS before going back out to market for the disposition.
