TCII completed the sale of the Kiddie Academy at Hunter’s Creek. TCII acquired this parcel in February 2019 after completing permitting with Orange County. The property was constructed in 8 months and CO’d in November of 2019. Kiddie Academy of Hunter’s Creek was an 11,000 SF daycare with a 4,500 SF playground. The property was listed with SRS Real Estate and closed in February 2020.
